Refund Policy

ApplyN is a private, independent service provider (a professional documentation & application-assistance service). We are not a government body and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department or portal.

The amount you pay on this website is only our private professional service fee — for consultation, documentation help, form preparation and submission assistance.

Any government fees, taxes or official charges are NOT collected by ApplyN. Where a government fee applies, you pay it directly to the concerned government portal / department yourself. We never collect government dues on the government’s behalf.

1. Service Fees

The amount charged on Applyn.in is our private professional service fee only. It covers one or more of the following:

  • Service charges
  • Documentation assistance
  • Application preparation
  • Verification support
  • Form filling
  • Processing assistance

ApplyN does not collect any government fees. Where a government fee applies, you pay it directly to the concerned government portal / department yourself — it is separate from our service fee and governed by that department.

2. Eligible for Refund

A refund may be approved if:

  • You accidentally made a duplicate payment.
  • Payment was deducted but no order was created.
  • We are unable to provide the requested service.
  • Your application cannot be initiated due to a technical issue on our side.
  • We cancel your order before any processing has started.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • Your application has already been processed or submitted.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete documents.
  • Your application is rejected by a government department or authority.
  • Government rules change after your application is submitted.
  • Required OTP, Aadhaar verification, or other authentication is not completed by you.
  • You change your mind after our processing has started.
  • Delay occurs due to government servers, department workload, holidays, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Government Fees

ApplyN never collects government fees, taxes, or official charges. You pay any such charges directly to the concerned government department yourself. They are non-refundable by us in all cases; any refund of a government charge is entirely subject to that department's own policies, over which Applyn.in has no control.

5. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct personal information, valid documents, accurate contact details, and correct Aadhaar, PAN, and other identification details. Applyn.in is not responsible for rejection or delay caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally pay twice for the same order, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Payment ID
  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number

After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded.

7. Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once document verification, form filling, or application processing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • UPI: 2–5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days
  • Card Payments: 5–10 business days

Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final approval is solely at the discretion of the respective authority.
